More than 30 organisations, representing millions of people around the world, are calling upon the Chinese government to stand firm, to maintain its 14-year tiger trade ban, to close down tiger farms and to increase investment in stopping illegal tiger trade. Losing the wild tiger will be a shameful indictment on all of us. The success of our collective desire to save wild tigers depends on action. Tigers need the same kind of committed action that governments use when combating gunrunners and drug traffickers, for it is often the very same criminals that are smuggling tiger parts. Our lives are connected to the tiger, through culture, religion, and the ecosystems they live in that we depend upon. Don’t close your eyes to what’s happening. Ask your government ask China to make its tiger trade ban permanent. End tiger trade. The eyes of the world are watching.

WAKE UP – China’s wild tigers are non existent! The last reliable observation of a free roaming Amoy tiger dates from 1964 -that was 45 years ago! Stating that 20 or 30 remain somewhere is as realistic as there are still 20-30 Tasmanian tigers.
Caspian tigers died out in the 1920s from Xinjiang. Chances are that a few Amur, Indochinese and Bengal tigers stray in the border regions of China – but chances are equal that they don’t.
Closing down Chinese tiger farms would mean 4000 tigers less!
WAKE UP – Chinese have gone back on the promises. The Times in UK reported that Chinese have sneaked regulations by diluting their previous Ban on Tiger products. This is a backward step and will mean killing of remaining wild tigers. Is this a conspiracy by the Chinese, so that only remaining tigers will be the captive one’s in china?

These are all excuses from animal rights activists. If there are only 5000 tigers in the wild the we know roughly where they all live-in which areas. If they were properly protected then we wouldn’t have this problem. If they are trying to close tiger farms then they will definately go out and shoot wild tigers. They should support properly regulated tiger farms. Maybe some of the tigers could be released too. Would be nothing wrong with regulated trade! People are just too quick to criticise!

Yes, I was really hoping that it was a hoax but I did more than 3 hours research and it is true. One of the women was caught, but many of the other women in these videos don’t show their identities. It is not for the main market but is aimed at the underground individuals who have extreme ’squash/crush fetishes’. It is not the same as the bonsai kitten issue which was proven to be a hoax.
