  1. THELASTBUBBLE says:

    the thing about fiat currency is that you can just print more and rub out debt – just do it some more then more – it will be ok. honest

  2. msungs says:

    Celente, Schiff, Ron Paul, and Faber are all correct. The US is on the verge of a total financial implosion caused by too much Monopoly Money being printed by the Federal Reserve (as “Federal” as Federal Express) and “Owe”bama borrowing and spending us into oblivion. I am buying foreign currency, and silver for now, and moving to Germany on 04-27-10

  3. FreedomLiberty21 says:

    these are frightening forecasts

    even though I’m a Progressive (politically), I am deathly terrified of our government’s enormous debt, adding trillions of dollars by the year.

    I’m afraid at some point, global markets will simply be unwilling to handle the instability of the U.S. dollar and the (likely) inability of the United States to ever pay off its debt.

    That could certainly cause a tremendous monetary crisis and it would be horrific for most people to experience.

  4. ParapaDrifter says:

    sure, it’s called monopoly capitalism. Thats what you should be mad at.

  5. 111RobinHood says:

    @ParapaDrifter But it is a government run by bankers, the Federal Reserve, corporations. I agree, we can have monetary freedom. By rampant capitalism I mean corporations who rob the people and put the country into debt. Plus we have a military complex who go out warmongering abroad for the benefit of corporations. Nothing wrong with monetary freedom. But everything wrong with supranational companies who have no conscience and will do everything to line their pockets while destroying America.

  6. ParapaDrifter says:

    You’re a fuckup… rampant capitalism? Totally wrong… Government is the problem, get that straight nutball.

    everything else thou, I agree. Big government is the problem… all we need is monetary freedom

  7. 111RobinHood says:

    The problem with this world is because of rampant capitalism whose champion is the USA! Today we have a war between corporations and normal citizens. Everything about the world is madness. You have the CIA dealing in drugs. You have America acting like a Hitler fascist state, invading illegally other countries, creating concentration camps, destroying civil liberties and the constitution, threatening other countries who have oil. The CIA is a terrorist organization. FASCIST AMERICA.

  8. dish125db says:

    WE NEED A UNION FOR OUR GOVERNMENT

  9. fitzman96 says:

    i heard something very similar..but they tell us that co2 is going to kill us..

  10. FreestyleBoy2010 says:

    YEAH i HEARD the money that’s being printed is monopoly money, the debt that china was going to buy is not now. so now obama is going to have to make some tweeks. i believe obama will be another hitler

  11. spectre1929 says:

    monopoly money has been printed to prop up and buy bad debts ? the parrots are repeating the words of other parrots ,recovery recovery recovery ,hyperinflation is coming ,the morons denied there were no serious problems coming then the banking system collapsed ? now the morons are saying we are coming out of recession ?the bankruptcy of whole countries is on the way ?then the bankruptcy of the whole world ? then what happens ??????

    @Leobons
    while i agree with you that you cannot be a doomer all your life without taking a look and thinking for yourself, i have to say though that even though he may have been wrong about these things happening in 2009, these things are indeed lining up early this year. 1) bank holidays- possible when stimulus ends and there is no more to be had, 2) christmas sales- good only due to stimulus, not employment, 3) food as presents- im sure there were many families lucky to eat,
    contd

  13. Leobons says:

    @videocruzer BHWRAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
    ROFFLLLWOLWOWWLLL!!!!!!!!!

  14. videocruzer says:

    will thomas cell out of the box 7 parts.
    the usa used 350 tons of depleted uranium in the war in 2001. now the east is destroyed for 4 billion years. It only takes 1 atom to get the so called syndrom. the nuclear war started almost ten years agao .
    wake the fuck up people

  15. CharismaticBuster says:

    This is not inspired, this is speculation.

  16. Leobons says:

    @coolpapa73 He appeared on Fox News and “re-predicted” all the 2009 stuff for 2012 (Hope it’s not because of the Mayas lol). He also toned it down a little bit after his failure and said only stuff that could be told only by looking at the state of stuff right now (Tea party->3rd party etc) and quoting Ron Paul on economy (you can’t go wrong with that yay!)

  17. coolpapa73 says:

    I thought he predicted most of the stuff youre saying by 2012 not 2009, but I could be wrong. Either way I still think a vast majority of what he is saying will still happen. To me, America is already bankrupt and we are living on a propped us system as we speak. It cant go on forever, its just common sense and when the rest of the world goes off of our dollar being the reserve currency, I think it will all come crashing down and there will no more bullshitting the public.

  18. Leobons says:

    @xs0heavenly He predicted food riots and tax rebellions throughout the United States. He predicted massive panic and civilian imprisonment and people starving (best Christmas gifts would be FOOD!!).
    Watch his late 2008 videos and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Don’t trust any crook you see on YouTube, specially this one!

  19. xs0heavenly says:

    @Leobons

    We won’t even know how the holiday sales did until after January 7th. He also says there’s no way to “predict” the future because of all the wildcards thrown in. He looks at TRENDS, and has been pretty accurate if you look at his history.

  20. Leobons says:

    I wish doomsday prophet Gerald would go over his predictions for 2009
    1) We’re going to have bank holidays
    2) Christmas sales will be much lower in 2009 and prove there as no recover. -Wrong
    3) People will be so broke in 2009 that food will be the best Christmas presents -Wrong
    4) Upheaval and mass imprisonment of civilians- Wrong
    5) Iran crisis would cause a near WW3 – Wrong

    DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET JUST BECAUSE IT CONTRADICTS THE SYSTEM. DON’T BE A DARK SHEEP. THINK!

  21. UKSecretCourts says:

    Yay for Celente!!

    Our infrastructure is being destroyed.
    Yet banks are saved.

    Let the banks fail.

  22. xs0heavenly says:

    I love Gerald Celente. This man speaks the truth. I’m just shocked that he’s gotten so much mainstream media coverage throughout the years – you know how they feel about truth.

  23. atsas says:

    @MacSlavo Perfectly stated.

  24. MacSlavo says:

    Additionaly, I think it is important to note that Mr. Celente speaks to a variety of audiences all over the country via different mediums. So, someone listening to a radio station in Cali may never have heard Gerald’s information before. This is why the message is often the same. If you follow Gerald regularly, you’ll hear similar information for about 2 – 3 months with minor updates along the way if something has changed during that time frame.

    Mac

  25. atsas says:

    Gerald intentionally repeats himself because the thing about truth is that it is unchanging. Who gives a shit if he uses the same “routine”? A stable message is clearer and more digestable. Would changing his “routine” make his assertions more plausible. Absolutely not. This guys got it right for the last 30 years. People are just shit scared of the truth. How about a more positive story? Keep watching the mainstream media. Time will indeed tell. Hope he’s wrong.
